The intent of Klack.it is to make your purchase simple, safe and fast as possible.

These General Conditions of Sale, exclusively regulate the contractual relationship between the customer site www.klack.it (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the owner of the site www.klack.it - Pillow srl (hereinafter called "seller "), with registered office in Via Manzoni 32 - 20900 Monza (MB), registered with the register of Companies of Monza and Brianza IVA 08178370964.

All purchase contracts concluded via the website www.klack.it and according to the procedures set out therein, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are accepted by the customer through the formulation of a direct offer.

The contracts of sale on-line between the Customer and the Seller are deemed entered into in Italy and regulated by Italian law.





GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following conditions are accepted by the customer when ordering.
