CANCELLATION

The customer can cancel the order before the product required to be taken by the company in charge in storage shipments, the order can be canceled prior to its shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 90 days from the day of delivery to the consumer.

The contents of the package must be returned intact and must not be damaged in any way or have been previously used.

– You will be sent a "withdrawal form" to be completed and attached to the equipment to be returned.

– The substantial integrity 'of the product' essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The product can be tried, tested or verified but must 'be used, washed or damaged; must 'therefore be guarded by ordinary care and returned intact, perfectly suited to the use intended and no signs of wear or dirt, complete in all its parts, complete with all the accessories and leaflets, with identification tags, labels and disposable seal, if any, still attached to the product intact and not tampered with.



The products sold on the site are original and are shipped in their authentic packaging; It is made the products must be returned as received: within their original packaging, considered an integral part of the product (which must 'be placed in an additional package, not being able to put on the same RMA number, or any other label) and including any accessories (eg. hangers, garment covers, belts, cables, batteries, manuals ...) and / or elements that constitute an integral part (eg identification tag with a disposable seal).
For example, if the product of clothing, the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, it is an integral part of the product; in the case of products belonging to the category footwear, the soles must be in perfect condition and does not show signs of any kind, as well as the original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself, and that must not have been in no way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging in the return shipment;
Moreover, in the case of products of the category underwear (Swimwear, briefs, boxers, etc.), and sanitized, kindly be tested wearing their underwear, they must not show any signs of use.
The withdrawal also applies to the product in its entirety. It can not 'be exercised in relation to parts and / or accessories of the Product.

– The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer. That refund shall be under the full responsibility 'for the client until the certification of

The product will remain in our stores to the customer for withdrawal that will be at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer.
